Our goal is to provide you with your final estimate within 3 business days of your in-home visit or within 3 days of receiving the engineered drawings for new construction.

We offer flexible payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks for larger projects. Details on how to make payments will be clearly outlined in the invoice.

If you’ve booked a service with us and want to make changes or request additional work, please talk directly with your contractor or contact us via chat, email, or phone. Once we get your request, we’ll review the details with you and provide a change order request. Depending on the scope of the changes or additional work, there may be a fee, which we’ll let you know about beforehand.

Please take a moment to go through your agreement for warranty details. Throughout the warranty period, feel open to contact us anytime, and we'll arrange a complimentary session to address your concerns within the defined scope of service.
