LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE

Our Seasonal Plan is the easiest and most reliable way to maintain your lawn. Our services are offered between May 1 and October 31st. This type of plan will enable you to predict your expenses during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

With this plan, you have the option of choosing weekly or bi-weekly visits. ​

Base Plan Includes:​

Lawn Mowing

• Includes mowing and trimming the front lawn and backyard. We use a combination of push mowers and riding mowers to cut the grass to a height of around 2.5 - 3.5 Inches.

Weed Whacking

• During our service, we provide trimming/weed whacking around obstacles and along pathways.

Grass Clippings

• Grass clippings are left on your lawn to decompose. As the clippings break down, they add nutrients to the soil promoting lawn health.

Leaf Blowing of Driveways and Pathways

• We include blowing of leaf and grass clippings off sidewalks, pathways, patios, decks, and driveways. This is not only practical, as it prevents you from tracking in the grass and leaves from your lawn, but it also provides a clean look.

Upgraded Plan Includes Base Plan Plus:

Property Cleanup

• Our service entails monthly raking and leaf collection from your lawn, parking areas, and garden beds, along with manual weed removal from pathways. Additionally, this service includes the removal of small littered garbage and small fallen branches as required during our service.

Trimming of Shrubs / Small Trees

• Branch trimming will be provided to improve the aesthetics and prevent the overgrowth of small trees and bushes.

Garden Maintenance:

• Includes garden turning once every season and weed removal.

Choosing the Right Upgraded Plan for Your Property

Every lawn is unique, with varying needs influenced by factors such as garden size, the number of trees requiring trimming, leaf accumulation, fallen branches, weeds, and general debris and litter. To help you decide which plan suits your lawn best, we offer multiple options tailored to your specific requirements.

Minimal Maintenance (up to 30 minutes per month):​

• Ideal for low-maintenance yards with small gardens, minimal or no trees or bushes, and situated in low-traffic areas with minimal debris and litter.

Moderate Maintenance (up to 60 minutes per month):​

• For those who have medium-sized gardens, some trees/bushes, and are in low to moderate-traffic areas with minimal to moderate debris an litter.

Substantial Maintenance (up to 90 minutes per month):

• For those who have multiple and/or medium to large-sized gardens, some trees/bushes, and/or are in higher traffic areas with minimal to moderate debris and litter.

Annual Subscription Plans: Enjoy Seamless Service

​Annual Renewal:

• Our subscriptions automatically renew every year, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Service Period:

• Services are provided between May and October each year.

Understanding Your Subscription:

Annual Renewal:

• Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your sign-up date. For instance, if you start your plan on April 30th, it will renew on the same date the following year, ensuring a full season of service from May through October.

Mid-Season Sign-Up:

• If you join mid-season, for example, on July 1st, you'll receive services until the end of October. Afterward, our services will pause until the following May, when they will resume and continue until your plan renews on your anniversary date in July.

Nope, you do not have to be there. Just make sure that our team can access the property in order to perform the service.

In the event of rain or other weather advisories (thunderstorms, snow, tornados etc.), we reserve the right to adjust service times or delay appointments as needed. If we are unable to complete your lawn service we may skip your service for that week and resume services during the next scheduled visit.

Additionally, if the grass is wet and the ground is soft and/or muddy we reserve the right to skip or reschedule (if space is available) your service to prevent damage to your lawn.

If our team arrives at your property and determines that the grass is under 3.5 inches in height then our team may not provide a lawn mowing service for that week in order to preserve the integrity of your grass.

Credit card is required to sign up for our lawn service.

For lawns over 65,000 Sqft please contact us directly for payment options.

If your grass is overgrown over 6 inches or above, we may be unable to complete the lawn care service. Please contact our customer service team through chat to discuss your options.

You can cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

For Annual Plans, you can manage or cancel anytime by logging into your account.

For Monthly Plans, please email us at Support@pgcs.ca to cancel. In your email, include your Name, Service Address, Order Number (which you can find on the Orders page of your account), and the email address associated with your account so we can process your cancellation.

If you’re interested in additional services, just submit an estimate request or reach out to us via chat, email, or phone.

We must be notified by email within 24 hours of completion of the service of any deficiencies. Once the email is received, we will return and address the concern free of charge based on the defined scope of service. If deficiencies are brought to our attention beyond 24 hours of the service completion, we will address the issue in the following service visit.

We use satellite imaging to give you fast and accurate estimates, typically within 1 business day. If we need more details to provide an accurate estimate, we’ll let you know right away and keep you informed throughout the process.
